Next Reiki Share date: Sunday 10th May 2-5pm
The regular Reiki Share Classes at Tir na nOg are a chance to learn new techniques and practice Reiki in a supportive environment. Open to all levels of training and experience.

Tir na nOg is a holistic centre, in a beautiful courtyard setting in the grounds of a country estate on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, just 40 minutes from Glasgow, and 30 minutes from Stirling. We have a great range of therapies on offer, an exciting calendar of workshops, regular evening classes in a variety of activities, a shop full of crystals, books, jewellery and unusual gifts, and a great cafe serving delicious, freshly-prepared veggie food & great cakes...

Ooooh, sunshine! The sap is rising, we're nearly at Beltane, and there's loads going on in the next month, in the run up to our two big events:

Beltane Firewalk Saturday 3rd May 

We've got drummers, we've got dancers, we've got people coming from all over the country, we're going to mix all that together and add a big helping of Fire magic.. it's going to be quite a night! Places are booking up fast now, so get in touch soon if you're ready to let that spark become a flame!

Open Day on Sunday 4th May Join us for a day of free talks and demonstrations, kids' activities, special discounted therapy taster sessions, and discounts on course bookings.. more information, schedules and booking information coming soon.

Yes, that's right - we're firewalking on the Saturday night and then having a major event the next day, that's how much we love Beltane..

Open Days are a chance for you to find out more about everything that goes on here, from Yoga and firewalking,  to NLP, EFT and even DIY!! 

You can also try out some of our therapies, at special taster sessions provided by our freelance therapists at a special discount price for the day:

Therapies: All available as half hour taster appointments at £10 each.

Choose from : Thai massage, Deep Tissue massage,  Crystal Healing, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Angelic Healing, EFT Mini Sessions,

Hopi Ear Candle Treatment (£20 for half hour treatment)

Obviously places are limited and therefore we can only pre-book one therapy or workshop place per person, so take a look at what’s on offer and get in touch as soon as possible.

There will  also be limited spaces available on the day for folks that drop in, we expect them to fill quickly and advise booking to avoid disappointment.

There are plenty of free workshops on the day to whet your appetite for knowledge and development,

11am – Kirsty Mitchell unravels the mystery of the Tarot.

12pm – B our fire dancer invites you to shake your booty and have fun! (donation required for this workshop) 

12pm - Sarah King explains the power of colour and vibrational therapy to heal and manifest positivity in life.   

1pm – Jane & Sheelagh invite you to Connect with Happiness in this mini workshop

2pm – Sukyee invites you to discover the holistic healing of the Feldenkrais Method.

3pm – Jane Talbot demystifies NLP in this one hour workshop.

Also available are two  90 minute workshops at a fee of £5 per person, both of them are life changing and developmental in very different ways.  Why not book in for one and start making positive changes in your life.

1pm – EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) with Bill Kerins, beat phobias, fears and self limitations.  Learn more in this fabulous mini workshop with our centres resident counsellor and hypnotherapist.

2.30pm – VIVA & the Angels.  Meet Patricia Iris the founder of the VIVA, and work with this truly motivational teacher, developing your angelic connection, and using your own vibrational energy to improve your life.
