Oona co-founded Tir na nOg in 2004, and continues to run the centre, practise therapies and run workshops in this beautiful spot, and nationally and internationally.   She is also pretty handy in the kitchen when required :)

  She has been working with energy healing therapies and ceremonies and processes for personal exploration and change for about 8 years now, and her work has allowed her the privilege of watching hundreds of people transform their lives and find their way to a new way of being, in myriad subtle and not-so-subtle ways.
