Oona founded Tir na nOg in 2004 with Nikki Mackay , and continues to run the centre, practise therapies and run workshops in this beautiful spot.   

  I've been working with energy healing therapies and ceremonies and processes for personal exploration and change for about 8 years now, and my work has allowed me the privilege of watching hundreds of people transform their lives and find their way to a new way of being, in myriad subtle and not-so-subtle ways.
