This practical workshop for self-reflection carries on a gentle tradition rooted in the world’s great spiritual traditions. If you’re curious what it might mean to allow yourself (in a safe environment) to “think” – and dream and plan and grow and stretch and change and live the life you want – then this is the course for you.
Journaling is a practical tool if:

| Fairies & Elementals
In this all day workshop led by Fairy expert Fiona Murray, author of Messages from Nature's Guardians we will be working with Fairies and Elementals . You will learn about Fairies and Elementals (the nature guardians), how to see them, where to find them and how to receive messages from them. You will learn how to use crystals to work with opening you up to the Fairy realm, go on a powerful Fairy chakra cleaning meditation and also a guided meditation to meet your Guardian Elemental to find out their name and receive messages from them. We will release blocks within you that may be preventing you hearing, seeing and feeling the nature guardians around you using essence sprays also.
After lunch in the afternoon you will be taken outdoors and connect to the fairy realm, learn how to work with tree spirits, sprites and many more Elementals and about the vital role they have for healing planet earth and oneself.
