Indian Head Massage (Champissage™) includes massage of the shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, face, ears and energy balancing. This unique method is the brainchild of Narendra Mehta – known as the ‘Guru of the British Indian Head Massage Movement’. It is based on the traditional form of Champi (head massage) practised in India for over 1,000 years.
It is a wonderfully relaxing therapy. The massage is safe, simple to learn and very effective to give, without the need to undress or use oils. A practical hands on day exploring the ancestral and family patterns inherent to the world of Tarot. We will be translating these ancient universal themes for use in navigating your own personal ancestral patterns. Beginning by exploring the different realms within the Major Arcana. The realm of the family (who we are in the present situation and the influence our family and ancestry is having on us in the immediate moment), the realm of the ancestors (the patterns from the family generations that influenced your formative years. This aspect really highlights the struggle to come to terms with your place in your family system) and the realm of the dead (deeper ancestral patterns that have been passed down through the generations that become an inherent part of who we are. It can be more difficult to release and clear the energy associated with this aspect of the Major Arcana as the patterns are often old or entrenched).
We will also delve into the family lines directly through the court families. The court cards within the Tarot deck represent you, your family members and your ancestors and when you connect to them they become you, your family members and ancestors and tell the tales of your life, your family life and the patterns therein. They can show you how these patterns are being acted out by the people surrounding you and the different situations occurring in your life. Previous experience of the tarot is recommended but not essential.

It is rare to describe who we are in terms of our place in the family that we grew up in, where our home root was, and who our ancestors were. Yet our family and ancestors are hugely influential on the choices we make and the emotional bonds that we forge.
When someone in the family is excluded, or there is an event or entanglement that is not seen or acknowledged by the rest then this has an effect on the family as a whole. Patterns, events and burdens from the past are carried down and are repeated through generations leaving an emotional, physical and spiritual imprint on the individual as they follow the fates of those that have gone before.
The events of previous generations that can impact in the present are many and far reaching. Situations of war, violent behaviour or experience of violence, murder, early deaths, loss of children, abortion, adoption, addictions, missing parents and siblings, and previous relationships all leave an imprint on the family if left unseen and unacknowledged.

In this all day workshop led by Fairy expert Fiona Murray, author of Messages from Nature's Guardians we will be working with Fairies and Elementals . You will learn about Fairies and Elementals (the nature guardians), how to see them, where to find them and how to receive messages from them. You will learn how to use crystals to work with opening you up to the Fairy realm, go on a powerful Fairy chakra cleaning meditation and also a guided meditation to meet your Guardian Elemental to find out their name and receive messages from them.
