Caroline Rosta, B.A. Hrs., B.Ed., M.A., Pg.Dip. Couns. & Psych. Caroline is a UK trained Counsellor & Psychotherapist with experience in counselling from the NHS and The University of Stirling. She is the founder of Counselling & Wellbeing Scotland (www.counsellingwellbeing.co.uk). Caroline is a Person-Centred counsellor with an integrative style. She welcomes clients with any type of issue or concern. These may be depression, anxiety, disordered eating, substance abuse, bereavement, dealing with sexual or physical abuse, relationships, loneliness, identity, confidence, stress management, spiritual concerns, or other issues not listed here.
Whatever clients’ concerns or goals for counselling, Caroline makes wellbeing her priority. She has a toolbox of skills that enables her to work in different ways with different clients, including incorporating elements of play therapy, art therapy, nature therapy and spiritual counselling. Although counselling & psychotherapy are verbal processes, Caroline has a holistic focus, working with the whole person to promote personal growth and development, balance and wellbeing.
In counselling or psychotherapy, clients and counsellors normally commit to working together once a week for 50 minutes. The total number of meetings varies with each client.
