EFT: EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE What is E.F.T.? E.F.T. is a Meridian Energy Therapy, which employs a gentle tapping procedure on particular acupuncture points to relieve emotional and physical pain. You may have heard it referred to simply as “tapping” The underlying key principle is that:

E.F.T. was developed in America by Gary Craig, who has become well known for his work with Vietnam Veterans. Despite regular conventional therapy for 20 years these Veterans were still suffering from a myriad of fears and phobias. Using E.F.T. many of them were able to rapidly gain relief.
An E.F.T. session: E.F.T. sessions are designed to suit the individual with regard to their personal experiences. You will be guided through the tapping procedure while at the same time being asked to focus on your problem or a particular aspect of your problem that feels most relevant to you.
Having learnt the tapping procedure, you will be able to use it as a self help tool.
