Peter Frearson

Stage Name  Peter of the Woods

Managing Director  of  Wizard Wellbeing

From an early age Peter had an insight into the Magickal worlds around him and developed kinship with the different spirits he encountered. Realising that not everyone knew or could see what he could, he learned to keep his gift out of sight, but always loved the idea of Magick, and the concept of people really doing what the legends speak of.
So when he was 17 yr old he travelled the world in search of Magickally minded people, ranging from Pagans to Tribal Shamans, learning all he could from those willing to share ideas and skills. From then to now, Peter has studied many systems of Magick such as the Kabbalah, Celtic Shamanism, Masonry, Wicca & Craft, and has Scryed in the Australian fires with members of the Nimbin Tribe, (legend holds that the Nimbin area is a place of male initiation and healing). To further develop his path Peter has also explored; herbalism, energy work, Reiki, hands on healing, crystal work and chakra strengthening, dowsing and different forms of divination, also becoming a resident Priest of the White Spring & Goddess Temple – Glastonbury.
With the learned benefits of needing little sleep and enjoying boundless energy, he has over the years set up covens, run moots, coordinated large alternative events, built temples and is still looking to push the limits of his Magickal understanding. His true passion, though, is teaching others what he’s learned. Peter is proud to say that he has learned and taught in every country he’s explored. Now living in Glastonbury he works with the land by Day as a Head Gardener for a Stately home, and teaches a wide range of students Magickal & Spiritual Development all night & most weekends.
Peter is most adept within the forests, and is able to commune with both tree and sprite alike. For many years now Wizard has been the term that those around him have perceived as most fitting, and so Woodland Wizard is the title he wears with great pride, also answering to Peter of the Woods, as he has been lovingly nicknamed by both forest dwellers and friends.

Current Books on his bedside:
‘Man in the Light of Occultism’, Rudolf Steiner.
‘Through the Eyes of the Masters’, David Anrias
‘The Tree of Ecstasy’, Dolores Ashcroft-Nowicki
‘General Anaesthesia’ Dr. Evans Gray
