Jacq is a Reflexologist and Foot Reader with a passion for people and their feet! She will tell you what each toe is saying, what you want to reveal and what you want to keep secret and what that colour of nail varnish really means!!

Bringing together Jacq’s foot reading skills, philosophy and spirituality to hold a mirror up to you in an intuitively fun way revealing past & present behaviours; allowing you to see yourself as others see you. REFLEXOLOGY (£20 for 30 mins / £32 for 1 hour)

Reflexology is an ancient healing art that was used in many parts of the world simultaneously as far back as 5000 years ago. It has grown and developed over the years and now can be practiced in many forms although the underlying principles remain the same.

·         That the whole body is represented on a smaller area – usually the feet, hands, face and ears.

·         That the therapist can treat the whole body by treating the smaller area.

·         That the 4 plains of the body are treated at the same time – Physical, Mental, Emotional & Spiritual

As a Reflexology specialist Jacq offers a variety of types of reflexology including Feet, Hands, Facial, Chi, Adaptive and Vertical. Jacq will use the best methods and techniques needed throughout to ensure you get the best treatment possible.
