Crystals work well within the human energy field; they can move, absorb, focus, direct and diffuse energy within the body. When the body is unwell or dis-eased, it can be because the person has, in some way, lost their balance or natural rhythm.
Crystals help the body find that natural rhythm, restoring harmony and balance. The crystal's perfect atomic structure resonates perfection, a pattern (or blueprint) for the body to follow.
Crystal & Gem Therapy is a non-invasive complementary therapy which can be used in conjunction with a number of other therapies, as well as orthodox medicine.
The Crystal Healing Session
The essence of crystal healing is helping the body help itself, thereby restoring harmony and balance.
My approach encompasses a strong emphasis on self-empowerment, sometimes drawing on NLP tools and techniques, to help you help yourself.
I take a comprehensive case history on your first visit. This is an important part of the process, which allows me to prepare a unique, bespoke treatment, just for you.
You will be asked to lie on your back on a couch, fully clothed (only your shoes need be removed) and covered with a blanket. I will ensure that you are comfortable, warm and help you relax by using visualisation and playing music.
Crystals are placed on or around you, often a combination of both. Session times can vary, but a standard treatment normally lasts about an hour. A state of deep relaxation is normally achieved.
You may experience some physical sensations (e.g. heat, tingling, heaviness) as energy blockages are removed and replenished with fresh energy. As with all energy therapies, toxins can be eliminated so it is important that you drink plenty of water for a few days.

Crystal Workshops
The purpose of the workshops are to provide participants with an understanding of how crystals & gems work, as well as useful information about how to utilise crystalline energy to help them achieve harmony and balance in their lives:
Day 1 £60
Introduction to the wonderful world of crystals! Includes some history; an introduction to the aura & chakras, meditation with crystals and useful information on how to use crystals in your life. Can be standalone, or combined with:
Day 2 £60
Develops the use of crystals in your life including self-healing, using basic layouts and dowsing with pendulums.
NB - if you combine both days in one weekend, Day 2 will cost just £30.
