Reiki Level 1 Weekend
Our training takes the form of a full weekend course, with ongoing support available at regular ‘Reiki Share’ sessions, where you can pick up new techniques and gain valuable practice to develop sensitivity and confidence. The techniques taught draw on both Western Reiki methods and on original Japanese techniques. We provide certification and a manual.

Everyday Magic: Psychic Development for your Personal Spiritual Path 10.30am-1.30pm
One in a series of morning workshops at Tir na nOg. Nikki & Oona will show you simple ways of bringing magic into your everyday lives. Many of us are fascinated by the idea of developing our psychic awareness but it is easy to get sidetracked into focussing on techniques for working with other people. The real power of intuitive work is in having a greater awareness of your own energy, purpose & path.

To have mastery of a subject or skill is to understand its essence. This course is designed to provide an in-depth knowledge of energy healing, including scientific approaches to understanding Reiki, a thorough grounding in the history of the discipline’s development, and advanced techniques for healing and working with the energy. The Master Teacher option of the course will include extensive notes on teaching both weekend workshops and Reiki practice sessions.

Before certification students will be required to carry out case study treatments, observe Reiki Workshops and Shares and those wishing to teach will also be required to participate in Reiki share classes to gain experience in leading a group.

What Is NLP?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming was developed in the United States in the1970s by John Grinder and Richard Bandler. Considered as a branch of cognitive psychology, it is held by many coaches and therapists to be a powerful tool for facilitating personal transformation and for facilitating a greater understanding of our subjective experience. NLP is for people who want to make a significant change in their life. For some people that might mean dealing with the past ; for others it might mean creating the future they have always wanted. NLP can also facilitate changes that help you live a life right now where you have less of what you don’t want and more of what you do want.

Altered States : A Journey To The Other Side

Why Might You Be Interested In This Introduction To Trance and Self-Hypnosis ?
Maybe you are interested in learning how to access a state of total relaxation at will? Or is it possible that you are interested in learning how you can connect with your source of creativity, your real source of knowledge? Might it be that you have always harboured an interest in hypnosis or self-hypnosis and wondered how it might be helpful for you? Some of you may already be considering how useful it would be to be able to put yourself into a resourceful state conducive to high performance in a stressful setting or into a state where you are more receptive to information coming in through all your senses. And we are pretty sure that others amongst you might be curious to meet, and make a connection with, your unconscious mind! Then again, you might just be really attracted to the idea of coming along – and really not be quite sure why that might be. And if you are growing more curious, then it might be the right time for you to take a journey to the Other Side!

What Will You Experience?
During this session, you will learn about the functions of, and the relationship between, your conscious and your unconscious mind. You will also learn about what hypnosis is and what it is not. In addition to learning about altered states and their uses, you will also have the opportunity to have a direct experience of a relaxed and resourceful state. And as you find yourself becoming more relaxed about altering your state, recognising that you can be in full control of all your states, you might even start to get curious about how you can become even more relaxed, even more open to insight and even more connected with your resources. On the other hand, actually facilitating the onset of hypnotic trance in others might be the most memorable part of this trance – formational experience! And no matter what you thought you were before joining this workshop, you’ll find out that you are all ways much more than that!
