We have a range of weekly classes all centred around you; giving you time out from your daily routine.
Relax and unwind with the following classes:
Yoga and Relaxation with Diana Trefry
Thursdays from 10:30am - 12:00pm.
Pilates with Helen MacKenzie
Thursdays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm and 7:00pm to 8:00pm (Book in advance as places are limited). Helen is also available for one-on-one sessions pilates and physiotherapy by appointment.
Meditation with Oona MacFarlane
Fridays from 11:00am - 12:00pm
Fortnightly Dream Workshop with Robina Pye
Attending to our dreams takes us towards health, guides us onwards on our spiritual path and encourages creativity in resolving problems. Suitable for dreamers and non-dreamers alike.
Robina Pye is a transpersonal psychotherapist and registered member of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) who has studied dream work with Jungian Analysis for many years.
This group will be approaching understanding dreams from the perspective of Jungian psychology.
Fridays 7-9pm, fortnightly call for next date.
Drumming Workshop Tuesdays 7.00pm-9:00pm, £6.50
Suitable for beginners as well as more advanced drummers. Initially the classes will focus on technique and a few simple rhythms as well as good stress relieving fun!
